Innovated many processes that became industry standard.Coached and Mentored Continuous Improvement and Root cause analysis tools to over 250 staff with 7 Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders, and operations staff.

Oversaw all Quality Assurance and Inspection procedures (ISO 9000 and Def Stan) for all P.T.F.E and other Advanced Engineering polymer hose Assemblies and operations for supply to Maclaren, Williams F1 racing teams, and MoD for the Tornedo Military aircraft. Introduced many cost savings and operational efficiencies. Selected for and Trained as a TQM trainer and facilitator at Cranfield University campus.
