Like with most CV's that come through the door it would be easy to say that I am a confident, hard-working individual with the ability to work well in a team or on my own!!!The is no better way to learn your business than working at every level, to be able to explain or demonstrate how a skill or task is to be done by having carried out or performed it, is invaluable. I am the type of person who would happily spend the weekend filling skips on a building site, or serving on tables in a coffee shop. I am not to proud or important to turn my nose up a something I expect or would ask someone else to do, that may make me out to sound like a martyr but at the end of the day I am better placed to show or tell someone how to do something if I have done it myself, like wise I am also better placed to appreciate and admire the quality of the engineers that work for me. My objectives for the future are to develope the business, I am a huge believer in a business being self sufficient, the expansion of the business will never over take its ability to pay its bills and the extension of credit facilities is by no way, in my opinion, the way to move a business forward, this is not to say we don't all need a helping hand.
