Working in the Data Management Team within Major Business Services I had to solve complex metering queries on a day to day basis and liaise with a variety of departments and customers. I worked within a team which helped to maintain half hourly accounts that account for fifty percent of SSE’s income. The majority of my daily duties included administrative back office work and data analysis of half hourly data to keep the accounts as accurate as possible a well as fault investigations.
