Performed due diligence and site selection work throughout multiple states including KS, OK, MN, and KY. Negotiated with brokers and owners to secure several sites under contract. Performed entitlement work and financial analysis to further assess the viability of each project.● Various property management tasks and capital improvements for the entire property portfolio.

• Performed the due diligence, financial analysis, project budgeting, contract review, entitlement work, engineering, architecture, and construction coordination for multiple potential projects including an 11.42 acre Wal-Mart Neighborhood anchored shopping center in Orlando, FL, a 12 acre Academy Sports anchored shopping center in Columbus, GA, and a 6,400 SF multi-tenant retail building in Hickory, NC.• Assisted with the development of a Walgreens Pharmacy (Minden, LA - 13,500 SF) and the Shoppes at Beauvior (Biloxi, MS – 6,300 SF multi-tenant Firehouse Subs, AT&T, and UPS Store).• Performed the due diligence on the acquisition of two retail centers totaling 78,000 SF.

● Created proformas, performed site visits, researched data, offered input, and problem solved for several ongoing and proposed apartment, condominium, and retail developments.● Aided project managers in various tasks on Turquoise Place, a $300+ million dollar condominium development in Orange Beach, Alabama and Bloomfield, a 166 acre retail development which will include Mississippi’s largest outlet shopping center and Trustmark Park (MS Braves AA).● Assisted in various other potential retail and residential projects.

● Aided engineers with design support on numerous sitework projects. ● Provided quality control on two projects; Bert Jones Municipal Harbor Reconstruction ($18 million) and Gulfport Downtown Streetscape Improvements ($5 million).

● Slidell Memorial Cancer Center. Project manager for an 11 million dollar Cancer Center in Slidell, LA. Worked on the site development, permitting, and construction inspection for the 50,000 square foot building. ● Abita Springs 8,000 acre self sustainable community. Designed the drainage system for the entire 8,000 acre property. Worked with the land planner and water/wastewater engineer to appropriately layout the zoning to work with the drainage system. Reviewed zoning and drainage to make suggestions on environmentally and economically friendly improvements throughout the property. ● Louisiana Recovery Authority CDBG Drainage Projects. Prepared schedules and cost estimates for 6 major drainage projects throughout St. Tammany Parish, LA. Worked as the assistant project manager to aide in the design of this 32 million dollar project.● Nord Du Lac Retail Center. Aided in infrastructure development and design for a 120 acre upscale entertainment/hospitality/retail center.● Aided in the design of numerous other commercial and residential projects, ranging from 1 to 25 acres throughout South Mississippi and Louisiana.

● Submerged Roads Program. Oversight of several storm drain cleaning crews and inspection of their work in both Orleans and Jefferson Parishes. ● Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures and Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plans. This project included site visits, recommendations, and reports for creating Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plans for 12 storm water pumping stations throughout Jefferson Parish, LA. ● Water Asset Management Plan. Created maps and figures using GIS for the water master plan for Jefferson Parish. Analyzed a potable water model to assess the physical and structural conditions of water lines throughout the parish.● Algiers Collection System Evaluation Study for the Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program (SSERP).
