Networking and establishing partnerships - Establish and maintains good relationship with small holders and agri-business and identify areas of corporation. - Responsible for establish and support business to business platforms, facilitating multi- stockholders’ dialogues and strengthen relationship with relevant stockholders - Undertake outreach activities including trainings, workshops, seminars - Lead field missions including provision of guidance to the external consultant, private sectors, investors, government officials and other parties and draft mission summery report. - Support activities stimulating small holders to have more entrepreneurial mind-set  Challenge Fund - Coordinate activities related to challenge fund for Agri-business and funding of inclusive business proposed by small holders.- Support the promotion of the challenge fund and supporting small holders to prepare proposals in line with the fund criteria and support the review process.- Monitoring the implementation of challenge fund for agri-business and report regularly to the management about the performance.- Follow up on findings of the monitoring and communicate them to the management. Other - Undertake surveys help in designing data collection tools, review analyses and interpret response.- Research, analyses and present information gathered from diverse sources on the promotion, return on investments and impact of inclusive business.- Assist in policy development.- Prepare progress reports.- Ensure equal participation of and benefit for women and men - Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Register and organize participants in all enterprises activities.• Facilitates trainings on bookkeeping, accounting, inventory and financial management.• Organize enterprises-based groups in each project location.• Work with civil engineer in setting up quotes, design and procurement of project materials.• Train project management committees in the management and day to day operations of the PMCs.• Conduct weekly meeting with PMCs.• Prepare ad submit reports to the FFA coordinator.• Work with FFA coordinator and GFA staff to train PMCs on project implementation.• Organize all training facilitators, prepare schedule of training activities and make sure all financial requests and acquisition of materials are done on time.• Provide adequate attention and solutions to emerging issues associate with the project during the implementation, update and discuss with FFA CO.• Closely monitoring and evaluate project implementation.

- Overall management (day-to day management) and oversight support.- Leading the program planning implementation, monitoring and evaluations.- Coordinate the project management and operational coordination.

- Prepare, implement and update strategic plans for Agricultural Economic Development.- Coordinate capacity building of project staff and farmer groups in Agribusiness Management and facilitate linkage of farmer groups with sustainable markets.- Conducting local mapping on market research and disseminate information through partnerships.- Writing reports and compiling research findings from CARD and CSC for distribution to all partners.- Meeting with partners and other persons or organizations that will enhance the market research aspects of this project- Building effective communications structures that ensure all relevant project staff and partners are updated on their roles, responsibilities, and project outcomes.
