Leading a small team of 3-4 people, my areas of work include:EURAXESS - Mobility and Career Development of Researchers - carrying out activities on national and international level focusing on the career development and mobility of Hungarian and visiting researchers- coordinating the Hungarian EURAXESS network of 15 institutions- initiating and managing coordination and support projects in the areas of researchers' career development and mobility, such as EURAXESS TOP III, EURAXIND, CARERA (Horizon 2020 projects)- contributing to institutional change and development in the area of researchers' careers, such as the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers- cooperating with Hungarian policy makers in areas of researchers' careers and mobility and European research partnershipsKICs - Knowledge and Innovation Communities- representing Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. in the Steering Committee of the Southern CLC, EIT Raw Materials- acting as a point of contact for the company towards EIT Raw Materials, in which the company is an associated partner- further contribution to the company's participation in KICs: EIT Raw Materials and KIC InnoEnergyInternational partnerships- preparing strategic international partnerships with partner research institutions both in Europe and outside- contributing to proposals for support actions in Horizon 2020 in thematic areas relevant for Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd.

- managing the operation of the HunOR Hungarian Liaison Office for Research and Innovation in Brussels and in Budapest- mapping and expanding the international relations network of Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd- preparing strategic international partnerships with partner institutions- preparing proposals for calls in FP7 and related programmes in thematic areas relevant for Bay Zoltán- managing FP7 support projects in the areas of researchers' mobility, international cooperation and evironment- managing the Hungarian EURAXESS network

- Project manager of several FP6 projects in the areas of Science and Society as well as Food Quality and Safety - Project manager of support actions in FP7 in the field of socio-economic sciences and humanities (e.g. Think&Act, GEMMA, PLATONplus) - Worked in a number of FP6/FP7 INCO support actions or EU tenders offering training and networking activities in new member states, associated countries or third countries (e.g. TrainNetFuture, Hungary for FP6, InJoy&Train, SME-to-LEAD, JoRIEW, JSO-ERA) - Currently coordinating the ENVIMPACT project in the area of environment - Trainer in more than 20 trainings on the Framework Programmes and other RTD funding opportunities in Hungary, Armenia, Belarus, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine since 2006 - Completed several trainings on project coordination and management, proposal writing and the Framework Programmes in general- Worked as key staff member in the EURAXESS Bridgehead Organisation and Service Centre at the Hungarian Science and Technology Foundation since October 2008- Involved in the activities of FP7 projects supporting the international mobility of researchers (E*CARE, EURAXESS T.O.P.)- Regularly represents Hungary in the European network events (meetings, conferences) of national EURAXESS Bridgehead Organisations as well as EURAXESS Portal Managers - Member of the EURAXESS Working Group on Quality, based in Brussels, in 2009-2010
