I was awarded and acknowledged for having the 3rd highest QA Evaluator on our team. While acting as QA evaluator the main focus of my job was dealing with the Apple Watch. This included: describing its features, benefits, and tending to the customers needs. I would also use screen sharing technology to set up an Apple Watch or iPhone, while simultaneously employing a chat box to communicate with the customer. This would enable the customer to follow through with setup of the Watch, and enable them to communicate with me in real time.
