With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, I am currently employed as a Service Operations Manager with OnX Canada, a leading provider of cloud and managed services. I manage a team of data centre specialists who deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure services to our clients across various sectors. Additionally, we provide Tier 1 Help Desk support, leveraging Amazon Web Services to provide our telephony solution. I have expertise in data center and infrastructure operations, and automation using tools such as Powershell. With strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, I am continuously aiming to optimize performance, efficiency, quality of services, and client security. I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the industry.
