Led a team of collection specialists in the day-to-day care and running of the Natural Science collection. I implemented improvements to the electronic collection data and created processes and standards that ensured consistency across the department which enhanced the versatility of the data.

This role gave me a unique and specialist insight into the sensitivities of war-era collections and an appreciation for the vitality of digital archives and their preservation. I deconstructed manipulations of the database to provide the digital traces of theft. This data analysis was the primary evidence used in an international Police operation. For my work at the Army Museum, I was awarded the Chief of Army Commendation
