Working as part of a team responsible for managing the P&L of a $100M Lobster business (Live & Frozen). Responsible for managing live lobster sales team of 3 people with a portfolio of 180 accounts totaling $50 million sales. Support the frozen lobster business with a sales portfolio of 200+ accounts totaling $55 million sales. Serving as the critical link between sales and operations and helping support the business to achieve key objectives and drive profitability in the business. Develop and build the yearly operating plans and budget for the business. Establish annual and monthly sales targets in pounds, net sales $, gross margin $, and gross margin % and communicate these targets to the Regional Sales Directors. Responsible for implementing pricing strategy for products in all global regions. Compare species sales/margin forecast versus budget to identify gaps and opportunities and based on GAP analysis, identify potential short-term or long-term solutions to enhance results. Develop project plans and serve as a project leader for applicable solutions related recent ERP implementation for SAP systems.

Responsible for sales and service for over 25 accounts to coordinate pricing, and shipping of live lobster. During my time I was responsible for managing key accounts in key regions of Asia, Europe and North America. Worked with customers in various sectors such as wholesale, distribution, food service, retail and processors. Handled all logistics and worked directly with cargo departments of major airlines and freight forwarders to send live lobster shipments by air globally.
