Manage 4 salaried office associates, 7 yard and 80-100 non salaried dedicated driver employees’ onsite at Home Depot RDC generating $18 million in annual revenues. Responsible for 2 regional fleets that make time sensitive deliveries to 109 stores out of 2 distribution centers as well as timely pick ups from their source of vendors in the region.

Lead operations planner for a regional and local fleet servicing one of Werner’s largest dedicated accounts. Responsible for 20 local and 60 regional based drivers. Worked closely with customer on a daily basis to integrate the customers SOP into fleet operations.
