MSW is a National Leader in the Restaurant Manufacturing Industry. I was hired full time by MSW in 2002. I started as a booth builder & worked in the upholstery department. I worked on the shop floor until I graduated from MSSU. After college, MSW asked me to interview for an office/sales position that was opening due to the increased sales projection & I was brought in as a Project Manager to work on Pizza Hut, McAlister's Deli, & Taco Johns projects. I worked my way up to Account Management over the years, & then in the year 2017 I was promoted to National Accounts Manager (I managed about 10 National Accounts averaging $4.5-5.5M per year). In 2018, I broke the mold in total sales revenue, finishing the year at $7.5M in total sales (both Manufactured & Non-Manufactured $). In 2019 my title was changed to National Account Specialist & this has caused me to be more hands on with each project & communicate with my customers more often, while making sure the site/GC is on schedule to receive our package on time (I am responsible for Revenue (both new revenue & retaining existing revenue). I have always hunted new business & lately the fruits of my labor are paying off. I have numerous customers that I have been working with for many years & I am very thankful to have such a great job & work with such great people. MSW has a great team atmosphere & we all work well together to accomplish an end goal of providing great products for a great price & providing on-time delivery, while continuing to achieve the best customer service in the Restaurant & Commercial manufacturing business.
