I am looking for new professional challenges related with my experience gathered in production engineering (product/process quality and supplier quality assurance) and customer after-sales engineering and services. From the beginning of my career I was working in manufacturing quality field gaining, over 10 years of experience in automotive and rolling stock industry. Working in multinational and multidisciplinary environment is something I am familiar with. I am graduated from a technical university where I have been learning management and production engineering with a specialization in industrial quality management. I am teamwork oriented, energetic and open minded person with motivation to increase technical knowledge and soft skills. I am oriented for long-time and full-term commitment but I can also consider the freelancing and short-time contract.I understand very well manufacturing, quality control and assurance processes in organization. I used to work in rolling stock industry, where I had a chance to observe very closely production organization, logistic and supplier quality management. Then I worked last few years as an aftersale service engineer and train subsystem supplier representative on customers sites. During last few years I gain experience working with clients multidisciplinary teams in biggest train manufacturing companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. I have skills for work with working tools, measuring tools and I have technical sense so learning new things comes easy to me. In my work, accuracy, conscientiousness, meeting customer requirements and ensuring safety have always been important. Searching of root cause of what is wrong and solving it is something what I like. Regarding my strengths, I can certainly say that they are: punctuality, responsibility, attention to quality and empathy.Cooperation and supervising third party employees and providing support and training for them is also a field I feel well doing it. I'm looking for a job that will let me to continue work in rolling stock or manufacturing industry and let me take full advantage of my skills but I’m open for every interesting opportunity of cooperation. I am ready to expand my knowledge, especially my soft skills because my strengths are point to that I will be a good team oriented person. I am ready to try new way of career starting in organization from basic postion with motivation and perspective for somthing serious in near future where I will be able to merge my knowledge, experience and natural talents and strengts.
