Assist in distributing of card (vouchers) SNA , Cash and Dry food vouchers to the selected beneficiaries in the community• Conduct community sensitization, awareness, mobilization in all communities before each dry, fresh and fleshy food distribution to encourage beneficiary commitment.• Assist in biometric capture to the beneficiaries• Conducting sensitization to the community informing them when to redeem their food , how to redeem , what to redeem , where to redeem on every distribution• Ensure transactions indicated on the terminal receipt reflect participant's choice of items• Assist in distribution of cash to those implemented at CVA• Identify and immediately report any issues that may arise while monitoring transactions.• Assign to be snapping pictures of vendors shop ,some participant after redeeming their food with their consent• Ensure participants who faces difficulties during redemption are directed to compliant desk or any appropriate channel for reporting.• Ensure that Food items at vendor's shop are in MC acceptable standard/quality.• Establish and maintain a good relationship with local authorities, community stakeholders in the community of implementation• Assist the food Security team to ensure works are implemented in accordance to plan and within the designated timeframe• Ensure that supervisor is kept abreast of completed assignments and progress.

Work with M & E and data clerk to conduct beneficiary registration and update the register with new arrival and exist regularly• Compile and timely submit the food request to WFP logistics and program unit• Conduct beneficiary sensitization on food rationing, cash entitlement, distribution days, distribution points, beneficiary right e.t.c• Maintain open line of communication with the beneficiaries to obtain feedback and complaints and pass them on the CFM assistant or appropriate authority• Conduct beneficiary verification validation and registration on distribution days• Identify and prioritize vulnerable people on distribution days with support from the project management committee (PMC) members• Update and reconcile stock issues against the distribution list after every distribution• Disseminate finding from distribution monitoring (PDM) conducted to be beneficiaries• Work with team members to ensure effective crowd control and safely of beneficiaries and staff at the distribution point• Work with team leader to organize vehicle and materials required for food and cash distribution and any other program materials needed• Send timely reports to the team leader about food , receives , suspects or comfirm losses or damage• Ensure cases that have been referred by the CFM, protection officer or other actions that need food or cash assistance are addressed accordingly

• Participate in community assessment, registration of new beneficiaries, collect and record information as required.• Ensure accuracy of data collected from respondents and properly document/input such in the digital device.• Interpret interview questions to assist respondents in understanding them and providing eloquent answers.• Be expected to ensure completeness of all assigned questionnaire, discussion guide or data collection tool.• Transcribe Focus Group Discussion and in-depth interview data when necessary.• Participate in planning and conducting quantitative and qualitative research (focus group discussions and in-depth interviews) when necessary.• Work closely with the program team to capture all relevant data and information from program.• Participate in debrief sessions to share field experiences about the community and the entire data collection process.• Submit a report of the activity including details of findings as required by the supervising staff and in the format approved by the project.
