Adam has over 24 years experience and has been involved with the development, delivery, acquisition or financing of over $48 billion of energy and infrastructure assets and 18 GW of renewable projects (around 60 developed assets globally). Over 14 years, Adam was integral to Macquarie's transitions from advisor to investor, to buyer of assets, to developer of assets to building of development businesses. He has been involved in nearly all asset classes in Europe, North, South America, Asia and Australia. Most recently, Adam was a member of the Principal Investment Committee that reviews and approves all global Infrastructure and energy projects for Macquarie Capital. Having a holistic view across all aspects of assets such as the needs of equity (investors, buyers and sellers) and debt, bidding for revenue agreements and the boundaries within assets operate, he has a demonstrated track record in creating value for owners by enhancing project profitability and dramatically improving bid and acquisition success rates.
