Audits conducted using a process-based approach and required examining business records to ensure compliance with internal directives, policies and procedures. In addition, communicate audit issues with local management, and document observations or deficiencies in formal audit reports. Designed, developed and validated methods and tools that improved the operational flexibility of a lean purchased finish goods supply chain. Modified and improved existing logistics systems. Major accomplishments:-Coordinated development of plan for every part database (PFEP) and standard work.-Improved flexibility, and frequency of shipments from 47 global suppliers.-Authored Supplier Logistic Agreements.

Six month international exchange opportunity with manufacturing facility in Spain. Responsibilities included developing master production schedule for 2 separate manufacturing lines. Participated in daily morning production meeting and communicated updates and urgencies. Major accomplishments:-Developed SAP “Cradle to Grave” planning cycle for fuel injector production line.-Constructed line 1 vs. line 2 analysis, and presented options to reduce over-head and manpower.-Worked on SAP “Go-Live” team.
