Dealing directly with key account customers as well as prospecting for new ones on the road thought the country, I have been able to promote the company selling commercial linen & medical supplies to NZ's key laundries, DHB's and Hotels as well as smaller clients. Other tasks include sales forecasts, indent custom orders, Customer complaints and representing the company at conferences and trade shows domestically and overseas.

As the Assistant Manager for Mountain Designs Nelson include a wide selection of tasks from supplying a strong team leadership, Customer service and general running of the store (Customer complaints/Returns, Rosters, Upkeep & Cashing up/Producing store reports along with other tasks). I have also taken over the direct marketing side of operations signing up clubs and businesses to improve repeat business.
