Lead role in developing, maintaining and communicating the energy, emissions and environmental performance of the University of Edinburgh’s >550 building estate by delivering effective data collation, data analytics and reporting activities, as part of the Energy & Utilities Team within the Net Zero and Carbon Leadership Directorate.

• Designed, built and migrated company functions to cloud hosted relational database, with custom CRM, sales pipeline and project, service and task management solutions. Developed web scraping tools that eliminated errors and hours of time costs per week.• Process and interpret data output from renewable energy installations and report findings to clients and regulatory bodies. Ensure installations are performing effectively and remain within obligations to schemes.• Personally engage with clients and provide services for 125 sites.• In depth understanding of the mechanisms of the UK Renewable Obligation (ROC and REGO issue and trading), Renewable Heat Incentive, CHPQA and FiT, with exposure to CfD scheme and operational knowledge of comprised renewable energy technologies.

Managing progress toward Vail Resort's net zero goals as a Commitment to Zero rep.

Generated vector beams in a photonics setup including a digital micromirror device, performed experiments to calibrate the setup and characterise loss, detected the generated beams and measured their information content using the concept of optical degrees of freedom.All interactions with the setup were performed entirely remotely via Python scripting in a JupyterLab environment.

Internship in theoretical quantum information, diagnosing genuine multipartite entanglement in continuous variable Gaussian states from an incomplete set of separable marginals. Research resulted in publication in Physical Review.
