- Manage a team of 12 compensation & benefits specialists supporting clients and market consultants in United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as CST support employees- Provide feedback to stakeholders (Country consultants, senior management, other Team Leaders) on work progress, potential issues and adherence to project plans- Supporting and mentoring team members on Compensation & Benefits queries coming from stakeholders- Make sure SLA's are up to date, set priorities and goals for all Compensation & Benefits specialists in the team- Make sure all tasks and responsibilities are allocated fairly between all members of the team- Helping the team members reach their potential through ongoing feedback, coaching, goal setting and performance reviews- Balance the budget - adjusting performance ratings, salaries and bonuses- Assisting in organizing Team Building activities
