As a chemical plant operator I am responsible for controlling and monitoring the machinery used to make chemical products, specifically fuels. I prepare and set up machinery for production run by maintaining measurments, pressures, and temperatures. I often take product samples and record the test data for quality purposes. I work with an operations team that consist of shift managers and maintenance engineers.

The United States Army Special Forces, also known as the Green Berets because of their distinctive service headgear, are a special operations force tasked with five primary missions: unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, special reconnaissance, direct action, and counter-terrorism. Equipment-related organization and planning are performed , and other soldiers operating communications equipment receive training from the Communications Sergeant. While a communications setup is in use, the Communications Sergeant takes on a supervisory role over that setupThe means by which military communications are transmitted and received on the battlefield are put into place by the Communications Sergeants. In the case of special operations, a Communications Sergeant is often on hand to manage mission communications. The low-profile nature of these missions typically requires the Communications Sergeant to possess a mission-appropriate security clearance. The duty of a Combat engineer is primarily supervise, serve or assist as a member of a team when tackling rough terrain in combat situations. They provide their expertise in areas such as mobility, counter mobility, survivability and general engineering.
