The project includes 385 apartment units and 26,757 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The ground level spaces include artist market stalls, outdoor restaurant seating, a 7,396 square foot public plaza and a resident courtyard.2LE, The Woodlands, Texas - Principal-in-Charge for this $81M, 8 story mixed-use project situated in the highly sought after development, The Woodlands, Texas. The project includes 386 units with 11,161 square feet of retail. Residents enjoy an expansive fitness center and fitness lawn, as well as access to kayaks and bikes free of use. Lakeside amenities include a resort-style pool and outdoor entertainment area. 10 West Edge, Charleston, South Carolina - Principal-in-Charge for this $111M, 9 story mixed-use project located in the Horizon District of Charleston, SC. The project includes 350 residential apartment units with a 46,346 square foot grocery store and 14,613 square feet of associated retail space at the ground floor, followed by five stories of structured parking wrapped by the apartment units. Amenities are provided at the sixth level consisting of a club room, fitness center, rooftop pool, landscaped areas and observation terraces taking advantage of views to downtown Charleston and the Ashley River.Caroline, Charleston, South Carolina – Principal-in-Charge for this $67M, 5 story mixed-use project located on Charleston’s Peninsula in the highly sought after WestEdge District. The project consists of three 5-story buildings connected by glass enclosed bridges with 18,500 square feet of retail space.
