• Managing Distribution Planning team (6 directs) covering the Europe region• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvements• Driving comprehensive mitigation plans in case of service risk• Driving supply review meetings with region representatives• Actively managing and improving planning processes, ensuring they are followed and updated

• Providing input of the Global Distribution Team to monthly global meetings • Daily cooperation with other functions in order to eliminate stock-outs • Conducting ad-hoc analysis as requested by Global Distribution Director • Master data management – eliminating master data errors (JDA/IFS) • Participation in cross-functional global projects• Proa Supporting Senior Management with analysis, expertise, and advice to ensure optimal decisions in balancing demand and supply• Actively analyzing systems, processes, and procedures for improvements
