• Maintenance and control of the Group's accounting requirements• Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and board pack • Responsible for the annual audit process including overseas auditors • Dealing with the monthly close down and group consolidation process every month, paying close attention to intercompany balances• Managing, mentoring and developing the finance team

• Preparing financial statements for a range of clients including Limited Companies, Groups and UK subsidiaries of Overseas Parents (EU, US and Asia)• Preparing consolidated accounts for medium sized groups with a structure of 5 or more entities covering the EU, US and Asia• Preparing accounts using FRS 102 and FRS 102 (Section 1A)• Interim Financial Controller work for national and international businesses, including maintaining payroll and credit control procedures• Jointly managing, developing and motivating a team of five employees ranging from apprentices to qualified accountants• Preparing and reviewing management accounts, tax computations and VAT returns including dealing with foreign transactions and EC sales submissions • Preparing cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis for a variety of clients• Attending meetings with clients including experience in hosting meetings with clients to discuss the statutory accounts produced, answering queries confidently and competently

• Preparing financial statements for a range of clients from sole traders to small/medium sized limited companies• Preparing and submitting of VAT returns for a range of clients dealing with foreign transactions and EC sales submissions• Proficient in various accounting software (e.g Sage Line 50, Sage Online, Xero, Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online)
