I communicated with multiple customers to understand project requirements and to resolve problems.I carefully designed a split collar, using SolidWorks, in order to mount test instrumentation on a half shaft from a Mercedes Benz vehicle in order to measure torque output.I designed an adapter for a wheel force transducer using SolidWorks and performed an FEA on the adapter to ensure that the part would not yield under maximum applied load. As an R&D project, I effectively designed a PCB test jig, while keeping functionality in mind, that met project requirements that I defined.I used a Bridgeport Mill to manufacture in-house projects.I successfully completed multiple torque and thrust calibrations on flexplates, pulleys, halfshafts, and driveshafts. The data collected during the calibration process was used to determine transducer sensitivity which was used to determine the settings for the wireless telemetry system.

I organized self-research on computer programming and created a user interface. I learned C+ programming through tutorials and a large amount of reading. Then I wrote a code which would allow any user to control a robotic arm by certain motions of their arm. I constructed low cost hardware to program and control a robotic arm. I assembled electromyography sensors, and I wired them to an Arduino board. After the internship was finished, I communicated my results and experience in a poster presentation.

I effectively accomplished product assembly, packaging, and shipping. I also was in charge of carefully managing company inventory and would notify the boss when to purchase more supplies.

I was responsible for effectively organizing stock of 200 or more parts per week. I was responsible for carefully preparing 150 or more parts to be sent out for delivery.I was responsible for delivering parts.I was responsible for building grooming and maintenance daily.
