Adam is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Group at BLG LLP. Adam’s practice focuses primarily on commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases and ancillary documents. Adam represents landlords and tenants of all sizes, including REIT’s and Pension Funds with national property holdings as well as retailers with locations across Canada and the world.Adam often partners with clients so as to function as an outsourced real estate legal department. Adam also has experience working with companies under bankruptcy and insolvency legislation in order to reorganize their real estate portfolios. Adam attended Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 2000. He is a frequent lecturer to the commercial leasing industry and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, BOMA and the International Council of Shopping Centers.Specialties: Commercial Lease Negotiation and Drafting
