Responsible for the competitive positioning and value proposition of the company’s services in the market. Generate organizational sales strategies and manage all sales and marketing initiatives using market data to support sales in designated market segments.

Responsible for leading and motivating a high performance regional management team and overseeing efficiency and profitability of the U.S. regions. Works closely with the regional management team and human resources to address staffing needs and to build operational processes that facilitate growth of all U.S. regions.

Responsible for operations, client relations, and employee management for the region, including generating and maintaining client relationships, managing multiple client projects, building and maintaining cross-functional project teams, assisting in marketing strategies and sales, and providing engineering support to clients in the biotechnology industry.

Provide engineering support for the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in CIP/SIP design, process optimization, and qualification. Provide conceptual and detailed design services, equipment specification and procurement and engineering documentation, as well as control systems automation and validation.
