I have a demonstrated history of successfully working within educational leadership and management roles and forming part of leadership teams that have been very successful throughout multiple Osted inspections. Throughout my time in Education I have successfully created, trained and managed highly driven focused teams, which have an appetite for delivering innovative and engaging education in 14 – 16, FE and HE that meet national and international industry requirements.Within my time in educational leadership and management, I have developed excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and a diverse range of industry clients and contacts. These have enabled me to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, along with industry focussed skills sets to ensure student needs and aspirations are met, and that they are ready for their next steps in life.I have designed, developed and successfully embedded T-Levels from wave one developed an esports academy.Developing and improving campus provisions have been a key focus within my roles. Working to create college estates to ultramodern future facing and inspirational learning and training environments, along with training staff from a wide range of roles.Within my roles I have worked with a wide range of teams, external providers, panels and national agenda groups. Working on projects in excess of over 10 million in capital and revenue from the iOT, T-Levels and SDF1/2, LSIF and the futures factor. All project work has had a direct impact on the community, students, staff and college estates.I have a proven and ongoing success of monitoring and successfully managing KPI’s that allow the support and achievement of short and long-term strategic aims and objectives, I am a creative thinker that can adapt to change in apositive way and foster and nurture teams to excel to high standards.
