Also CEO of Cambria Band the Worlds Busiest Marching Drum Band. Working with a great committee that act as the management team we manage to organise Cambria band and perform at over 60 events a year. The average band will perform around 10 events a year.Its a great challenge to organise and motivate a crew to perform from local to national and up to International level. band numbers can fluctuate and being able to adapt to ever changing personnel at any given time is a challenge in itself.
