-First Project Manager in the company's 27 year history.-Coordinate scheduling and allocation of work for 15 employees with $200,000+ budgeted monthly revenue.-Coordinate work with customers, instrumentation vendors, and externally contracted companies to ensure work will be completed as planned.-Lead all scheduled project meetings and weekly revenue plan meetings.-Complete monthly budgeting including WIP, revenue plan, and invoicing calculations.-Purchase materials for all projects (~20 per month).
