Ewdomed powstał w 2013 roku jako przedsięwzięcie lokalne na terenie Konstancina-Jeziorny, z inicjatywy Ewy Szuleckiej - wykwalifikowanej pielęgniarki ze specjalizacją paliatywną.Naszą pierwszą formą pomocy była Długoterminowa Opieka Pielęgniarska, działająca na terenie powiatu piaseczyńskiego. Z biegiem czasu, w odpowiedzi na potrzeby pacjentów i ich rodzin, powstało domowe Hospicjum Ewdomed, opiekujące się głównie osobami chorymi onkologicznie, mieszkającymi na terenie powiatu piaseczyńskiego i Warszawy.Po roku rozszerzyliśmy swoje usługi o powiat wołomiński. W 2020 roku powstała Fundacja Ewdomed, której celem jest wspieranie pacjentów, zapewnienie im jak najlepszego komfortu opieki oraz możliwości korzystania z najwyższej jakości sprzętu medycznego. Fundacja w swoim środowisku lokalnym promuje ochronę zdrowia, a obecnie skupia się również na pomocy w rozwoju hospicjum stacjonarnego.W październiku 2021 roku spełniło się nasze marzenie o kompleksowej pomocy potrzebującym i powstały nieodpłatne, w ramach Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia: Hospicjum Stacjonarne oraz Poradnia Medycyny Paliatywnej. Komercyjnie prowadzimy Klinikę Leczenia Bólu, w tym terapię medyczną marihuaną.Nasz zespół składa się ze 150 osób pracujących na rzecz poprawy jakości życia pacjentów oraz wspierająco wobec ich najbliższych. As President of the Management Board, I oversaw strategic planning, business development, and outcomes. Directed sales, marketing, and systems integration of audio, video, and light technologies. Selected key achievements in this role include: ♦ Led and completed several prestigious and lucrative projects, such as the €7M contract for the design, installation, and implementation of the entire exhibition for the Money Centre Museum at Narodowy Bank Polski (Central Bank of the Republic of Poland).

At JW Projan Group, I directed the creation and versatile leadership of three startups, evolving them into mature companies and processes.A few key achievements in this role include:♦ Oversaw a diversified product portfolio of building automation and technical security system solutions.♦ Managed operations, business planning, marketing strategy, and sales.♦ Identified target markets and launched effective go-to-market strategies.♦ Fostered profitable relations with a large base of clients across the 100 largest companies in Poland operating, managing, and/or using national critical infrastructure.

As Public Sector General Director, Vice President of the Board and Member of the Supervisory Board, I coordinated and oversaw sales for public sector customers by arranging competitive bids. Among a range of functions I managed a diversified product portfolio of solution offerings.A few key achievements in this role include:♦ Delivered highly accurate sales predictions that were a valuable asset to the Management Board in terms of financial data reporting.♦ Initiated the execution of the most extensive delivery of TEMPEST equipment for top-secret clauses for the Ministry of Defense. Held access to secret and top-secret clauses.♦ Functioned as IT Manager and acquired unique experience in building and guiding highly motivated and effective technical teams.♦ Achieved 20%-50% growth in sales and 15%-25% gross margin (GM1) growth for three consecutive years.♦ Secured €66M in sales and €21M gross margin (GM1) growth in 2007.♦ Enabled the company to reach €58M in sales and a €16,5M gross margin (GM1) in 2006.

As Vice President of the Management Board and Member of the Supervisory Board, I oversaw sales operations totaling €100M+ in annual revenue. Among other functions I pioneered the introduction of Softbank to the government, defense, and military markets. I was also appointed as the Supervisory Member of the four lucrative subsidiary companies of Softbank S.A.A few key achievements in this role include:♦ Played an integral role in the first eight months of Softbank’s presence in the government, defense, and military markets, generating €23,5M in sales which accounted for over 20% of total company sales.♦ Contributed significantly to building partnerships with several invaluable customers such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Police Headquarters, and others.♦ Helped secure Softbank’s position as the first Polish IT company to successfully sign the Basic Ordering Agreement with the NATO Consultation, Command, and Control Agency.

As Vice President of the Management Board, I headed the entire department of systems integration for the capital group. Among other functions I managed the expansion of the company’s implementation of integrated systems. I also supervised 200+ employees.A few key achievements in this role include:♦ Championed propitious contracts with institutions, which accelerated the dynamic growth of the company.♦ Performed a critical role in the 150% increase in integrated systems sales.♦ Oversaw the joint venture between OPTIMUS and Lockheed Martin.♦ Held an instrumental role in securing a major contract with the Municipal Police Department in Łódź valued at €12M.♦ Built high-performance teams by cultivating an environment of innovation, creativity, and respect.

Spearheaded the creation of the Technical and Production Division. Supervised all competitive offers and bids and directed the most essential projects in the company. Oversaw daily operations, from quality assurance implementation to strategic planning for the company’s global market presence. Administered the human resources management system.A few key achievements in this role include:♦ Gained expert knowledge of microprocessor chips, operation systems, electronic unit assembly, and high-frequency telecommunications.♦ Led the company to achieve the position of “Top Assembler of High Performance and Reliable PC Computers” in the industry.♦ Contributed to the company's earned recognition as the leading provider of network integration services and receipt of Motorola’s provider status.♦ Successfully launched a new factory producing high-frequency telecommunication technologies for Ericsson and managed 200+ employees.
