Team lead and designer of CogTest, a computerised psychological analysis program designed to measure cognitive ability through a series of tests that measure high resolution response times.Employed from the feasibility study through to deployment for clinical testing, the team grew from 2 to 8 including developers and testers. Responsibilities include architecture and design, coding standards, development process, QA approach, deployment and data collection.Cogtest adapted its computerized tests from the industry gold standard neurocognitive tests with long and respectable records in research. By converting the pencil and paper tests to a computerized platform, Cogtest solved both the problem of assessing and the problem of tracking lifetime central nervous system function by providing an objective, repeatable assessment of brain function.
