Adam Portacci, ABV, CVA, CHC, has more than eight years of experience providing health care valuation services, and is skilled in transaction planning, corporate development, regulatory compliance, litigation support, purchase accounting and tax planning. He has served both large national health systems as well as independent providers, and has performed valuations of both inpatient and outpatient health care entities and compensation arrangements.Adam is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and recognized as a CVA by the National Association Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), Dallas chapter, as well as a member of the AICPA and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA).
