Interpret customers existing billing in order to develop detailed profiles of the customers expenditure. Bill files may include, but not limited to; Telstra (OBS, BRSS, MBRS, OBR), Optus (eFrams, Insight+), AAPT (Frontier), Macquarie (MacquarieView) Interpret offers made by telecommunications suppliers against the profiles to determine thier true financial impact to the client.Provide recommendations to clients regarding market movement, price guidance, product releases and\or technology updates to help determine a clients telecommunications pricing strategy.

• Grow and defend $250M of annual telecommunications revenues.• Assist Sales and Account Management staff in the implementation of pricing structures.• Ensure compliance of contract pricing in line with company policies.• Encourage alternate products, technologies or methodologies to ensure pricing success.• Analysis of foreign Telco invoices to ensure proper commercial decision making.• Reporting on customer billings to assist in decision making process.• Creation and implementation of business cases to enhance system performance and capabilities.• Preparation of weekly reporting to demonstrate sales success.• Liaising with all levels of the organisation from Sales Director to Account Managers through to external departments such as IT, Legal and Product Management.

• Implementation of new products and systems, conduct UAT, complete change management procedures and ensure the deliverability of Macquarie products and systems.• Conduct analysis of pre-billing information to ensure the quality of information presented to Macquarie customers before each billing cycle.• Analyze trends within inquiries and disputes logged throughout the company to identify areas for improvement. • Creation and implementation of business cases to enhance system performance and capabilities.• Engage customers to analyze specific problems with invoices and remedy solutions.

• Analyzing customer invoices before production to ensure the highest levels of quality and accuracy.• Deliver the best possible customer service to resolve customer enquiries, by phone and e-mail, regarding invoices and billing issues.• Creation of disputes to ensure that identified problems are resolved in a timely manner.
