I believe that future focused learner-oriented teaching promotes learning that is both purposeful and enduring. As a teacher and leader of educational technology it is my responsibility to know who my learners are, what kinds of knowledge and experience they bring, and what they want to achieve so that I can tailor the learning to fit their needs. With this in mind, I strive to use a range of technologies to re-define how both teachers and students approach their lessons and their capacity to discover subject matter, solve problems and create innovative, dynamic content.
