Department of Defense contractor with Vectrus. Provides administrative support to the Human Capital Advanced Capabilities Office (HDS) at National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Performs a variety of administrative functions related to HDS front office support necessary to organize information and support mission accomplishment. As the Manager of HRIS/Payroll and Workforce Analytics: budgets, tracks, and provides executive leadership with time sensitive data on financial operations of the credit union on monthly basis through HR dashboard. Supervises one direct report in the bi-weekly payroll process for an organization of 400 employees and salary budget of $24M. Provides analysis of HR data and information on workforce planning.
