After qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer I still felt I could and should provide more for my clients and myself. Looking to add more skills and tools to my knowledge base and gain a greater understanding of Fitness and sports performance, I completed my Level 4 in Strength and conditioning. Still hungry for Knowledge and understanding of how we function and move as Humans, I started in September 2021 my 5 years masters in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London. With these skills I can help clients from Injury back to function and from function back up to peek performance in whatever level or field that may be, from Sports to just being the best and fittest they can be!
