Roles: - Established for company end to end recruitment process - Maintain employee data (attendance, personal information, managed leave) - Coordinated with finance & accounting dep. to initiate payroll process and benefits administration- Implemented a sharing session with back office employee on psychology-related themes- Maintain good relationship with all employee - Directly communicate to President Director in accordance to company regulations, policies, and HRD reports

Roles: - Accompany clients during the rehabilitation program- Implement program designed by program manager and client's family- Observe, record, and report client's development periodically- Coordinate with psychologist and psychiatrist for klient's theraphy session
