Reseller Customer Care Manager - Apac
Current- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer care department- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing customer service agents and nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment- Controlling resources and utilizing assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork between the onshore and offshore teams- Regularly review and evaluate the performance of both teams and provide feedback and coaching as needed
