● Ensure the flow of sample testing by performing corrective maintenance when needed● Perform routine verification and distribution of pipettes to analysts ● Follow Standard Operating Procedures while executing tasks ● Order, coordinate, and assist in gas cylinder inventory and change-outs● Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on laboratory instrumentation/equipment● Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting instrumentation and assist in investigations● Coordinate on-site and off-site vendor repairs● Create and distribute Quality Control documentation required by analysts to record data during testing● Store calibration and maintenance information in various validated software applications● Generate purchasing requests and collaborate with colleagues to obtain materials needed for calibrations, maintenance, and continuous improvement within the lab● Initiate documents and compile data to validate new instrumentation as part of the Analytical Instrument Qualification procedure● Conduct environmental readings as needed for stability chambers and AIQ procedure
