It involved taking over the management of post main contract projects, 5 legacy products and associated installers, the majority of which were remote to the office. I had to learn the products to a level that enabled quote production, undertake pre sales meetings and discuss issues both internally and with clients. On top of the project and team management I now attended monthly new product development (NPD) meetings for each product to gain an influence of the product/development lifecycle. Supervisor Software Installation (March 2006 – 2009)In 2006 I was the 1st consultant to be promoted to supervisor and took over day to day team management. The team increased to 30 associates and I worked with the software installation manger to divide the team down into a hierarchy of leadership with fellow supervisors each with 10 directs. This was on top of the project management side of the role which continued and increased with the use of cross team projects including working in the Netherlands. During this period I was promoted to senior consultant to lead projects and to mentor new starters.
