• Managed the complete implementation of and migration to a new, 3rd party provided Contact Centre solution, including integrations with existing phone numbers and email addresses. This included supporting the business in identifying the most appropriate solution during Discovery, and then working with preferred 3rd party to design, build, test and implement the solution based on the time, cost and quality constraints defined by the business teams.• Managed the implementation of an internally developed Promotion tool using an agile-lite methodology. This required project management to support the sprint teams, consisting of QA, Product and Developers, in building an overall timeline of feature delivery and managing risks and issues escalated by the sprint team to senior stakeholders.

• Undertook the role of the Cutover Manager for a large-scale programme implementing a new standardised ERP system (Dynamics365) across multiple countries and Business Divisions. Accountable for the creation, execution, and management of the Cutover Plan for multiple Go Lives, engaging with stakeholders from different areas of the business and providing regular, concise and accurate updates on the progress of each Go Live to key Business and Programme stakeholders.• Managed the post-Go Live Hypercare process for a large-scale programme implementing a new standardised ERP system (Dynamics365) across multiple countries and Business Divisions. Required clear communication and priority setting with Business stakeholders to ensure high priority issues were dealt with in a timely manner and the correct individuals were engaged to ensure a swift resolution to post-Go Live issues.

• Managed the full project lifecycle for the implementation of the Concur expenses system at Head Office, from building the business case and formalising system requirements, to testing, training and Go Live at site. This implementation delivered significant change to the business, allowing staff to move from a paper-based, Excel process to a fully online tool.• Responsible for the delivery of key functional upgrades to the warehouse management application TW across all divisional sites in Europe. Also involved the migration of the application’s servers from on-premises to Azure based hosting. Key aspects of the project included detailed requirements gathering and full testing cycles, due to the complexity of the application and the upgrades being delivered.
