Director and Portfolio Management Advisory lead for WT Partnership, with hands on Capital Projects experience in APAC, the Americas and EMEA. I've been lucky enough to deliver and oversee projects in more than 20 countries, gaining real life experience in international project settings, appreciating cultural nuances and varied market conditions. My career has afforded me the opportunity to help multinational and globally recognised organisations realise their strategic and commercial objectives across their capital works programs. I've helped organisations that own operate and maintain assets, navigate their capital planning process, set their strategic roadmaps, and deliver their projects with the right amount of governance and oversight to enable effective decision making. I support clients in their Digital journey to establish improved systems integration, data clarity and consistency, reducing administration while minimising business disruption during the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
