Adam acts as outside counsel for small businesses and start-up ventures in various industries including medical, pharmacy, home health care, and food and beverage, on a variety of legal and business matters, including business development, business disputes, employment matters, maintaining corporate compliance, and navigating industry specific regulatory matters.Adam has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of business contracts, including strategic partnership agreements with international pharmaceutical companies, vendor agreements for food and beverage suppliers, licensing agreements with medical device companies, shareholders agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate leases, employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements.Adam is lead counsel in a wide variety of business litigation including defending and prosecuting claims for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference and regulatory enforcement actions. He has successfully resolved numerous cases through motion practice, settlement negotiation and mediation.

Adam handled a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, insurance coverage disputes, securities fraud and breach of contract claims. He has experience handling cases in various federal and state courts and with large-scale mediations.
