As an Installation General Manager, I have direct oversight and control of all Direct Run facilities and must review customer driven data, installation needs, Base Command relations, P&L statements to identify cost savings and roll out corporate or partner driven initiatives to drive sales, increase earnings for dividends to our military and better performances. I am a hands-on leader, conducting trainings, mentoring, developmental processes and evaluations to raise brand and corporate standards. Ensuring profitability, safety and adherence to multiple partner and corporate requirements, is top line focus.I enjoy collaborating with people across the organization and building strong external partnerships.
