Job Description:As the Construction Project Coordinator I report directly to our Vice President of Construction for Alamo Drafthouse. As the Construction Project Coordinator, I manage various types new construction and renovation projects nationwide, ensuring brand quality and timely/cost effective delivery of the projects. I work closely with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, City Officials, Vendors, Suppliers, Franchisees and Corporate Senior Management. My job is to manage Corporate owned construction projects while maintaining oversight on Franchise owned projects. I perform an array of tasks for the company to include quality control, project design & development, project costing, cost tracking, directing 3rd party consultants, coordinating construction meetings, analyzing AIA contracts & lease agreements, and various types of reporting to founder & corporate senior management.

Responsible for retaining company assets in through workplace safety, theft deterrence, theft prevention, and operations. 1. Worked alongside store management to ensure assets were not lost through operations, or workplace safety hazards. 2. Observe, apprehend, and refer shoplifters to local law enforcement for prosecution. 3. Recover merchandise in attempted shoplifts. 4.
