-Along with a Director and one other Analyst, managed the resources of 63 County departments with a combined budget of $335 million and 2,000+ employees.-Performed complex budget and policy analysis, assisting departments with regular budget maintenance and development.-Researched and helped facilitate major policy and budget decisions that impacted the 385,000 citizens of Pinal County. Examples include lowering the Property Tax Rate from 3.99 to 3.79 and the development of a new Financial System, making Pinal County more efficient and transparent. -Served on policy adviser team and performed advanced research and analysis functions for the Pinal County Manager. Specific research included complex cross-county analysis of Sheriff Department benefits & salaries and determining the feasibility of a proposed incorporation of the San Tan Valley, an unincorporated area of 80,000 people.

-Personally managed the resources of two New York City agencies with a combined budget of more than $100 million and 400+ employees.-Performed complex budget and policy analysis on a day-to-day basis on diverse issues, ranging from the implementation of multi-million dollar budget cuts to approval of agency employee hiring.-Responsible for a multitude of time critical and policy sensitive special projects. Examples included developing cost saving measures for the implementation of a City technology systems project and the creation of an extensive database detailing the costs associated with the roll out of the new CityTime citywide timekeeping system.-Engaged in advanced policy research which required giving educated and well thought out advice to the Assistant Director and other City personnel on a variety of issues.

Primary project involved the development, distribution and subsequent statistical analysis of a survey distributed to all alumni of the Criminal Justice School for the past 10 years. -Performed extensive policy research on juvenile law and prison management.-Assisted professor with student grading and provided classroom aid.
