Currently, I am responsible for all business clientele with Bank of the James. Keeping their concerns and risk tolerance in mind, I provide them with an array of products (both traditional and non-traditional) that assist them in making strategic decisions throughout their business life-cycle.In my previous 9 years of employment at Wells Fargo, I worked with both business and affluent clientele. In discussing their needs, I provided them with advice that suited their overall financial goals.From 2006 until 2012, I led various BB&T branches in the Lynchburg and Lexington markets. I took ownership of current weaknesses within the branch and implemented a strategy that was consistent with the vision and values of BB&T. I worked with other branch personnel to deepen BB&T's brand within the community and gain marketshare.In 2010, I had the privilege to assist BB&T in the Colonial Bank acquisition as a partner and mentor to another manager with similiar branch financials in Fort Myers, Florida. I provided guidence to my merger partner in regards to BB&T's consultative sales process and weekly branch business process.
