Scheer & Co. is a boutique residential interior design firm based in Austin, TX, founded in 2013. We collaborate with clients on creating timeless, elevated interiors rooted in history with a contemporary twist — and a little (or big!) dose of drama.

As a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Marine Corps infantry, I lead a squad of 12 men through 7 months of combat operations in the Iraq War. I was also selected to be a part of the 1st Marine Division General's Personal Security Detail (PSD) during another 7 month Iraq tour. Over the course of 4 years and 2 combat tours I learned the skills and built the character traits to be an effective and efficient leader and the the importance of working collaboratively as a team towards achieving a goal.
