Raised to a father who runs a small business, I know the intricate workings of how to run a business. Upon graduating college, my main focus was with Orchard Supply Hardware based out of San Jose, CA. Our company, Continental Sales and Marketing is headquartered San Leandro, CA. We have expanded our company nationally in order to secure new business channels and grow our market share. Our goal is to always deliver unprecedented value to our vendor partners and customers in efforts to watch them succeed amongst their competition. Our company represents a plethora of different vendors within the Hardware Home Improvement channel in all different categories throughout the country. We also have a hand in warehousing and distribution across the country. I went from managing Orchard Supply as my main role, to then managing and directing our inside sales and customer service team. We then opened an office in Chicago to build our business at some of the top accounts in the country in the Hardware Channel. I grew and ran our hardware business with an incredible team making it happen for over a decade before taking on the role of President, overseeing our entire sales organization.
