With a wealth of experience in the promotional products industry, coupled with a background as an osteopath and proficiency in digital marketing, I possess a unique skill set that enables me to adeptly connect with individuals and brands, addressing their needs, elevating brand visibility.As a retired healthcare professional I am experienced in building rapport and relationships, creating safe spaces for communication to facilitate diagnoses and co-designing customer centric treatment plans to enhance the health and wellbeing of my clients. This extends to working collaboratively alongside key stakeholders to support the navigation of clients within the public and private healthcare ecosystems. I have designed and implemented digital marketing omnichannel strategies to build brand awareness increasing traffic to websites and social pages with a resultant increase in sales and client acquisition. The most unique solution to meet a customer’s brief, was building a bespoke chatbot to promote conversations between clients and businesses resulting in increased conversions. My experience also spans developing and delivering education of clients to manage their health conditions and training teams to build competence and collaboration in their organisation. Creating standard operating procedures and processes was a key component of the organisational training. I am passionate about using my curiosity and creativity to empower change by making systems and processes easier.
